I can move quickly to purchase your house. I will meet with you at the property to understand the features, size and location. My offer is based on those details along with similiar houses in the area. Upon acceptance of an offer, we can close within two weeks.


EASY

We will pay "cash" for the property in "as is" condition. This means there will be no mortgage and no home inspector. You will not be required to do any repairs at any time. When we meet to see the house I will answer any and all questions and describe the process to you in detail, in a friendly, no pressure manner.


SECURE


The entire transaction is handled by a title company as an independent third party. They will hold my deposit check as well as disperse funds at settlement.
