​      The Hanson's have purchased multiple properties since 1995.  All have received a high quality renovation.  Many have then been sold to happy new homeowners.  Other's have been added to the Hanson's rental portfolio which provides homes to individuals or families not quite ready to purchase.

     "WeBuyDelcoHouses.com" is owned and operated by Delaware County residents, Anne and Bob Hanson. Anne grew up in Prospect Park attending St. Gabriel's in Norwood and graduated from Archbishop Prendergast High School, Millersville University and Widener University. Bob was raised in Collingdale and later, Glenolden. He graduated from Interboro High School and Widener University. The Hanson's have stayed loyal to Delaware County and currently reside in Rutledge with their three children.

      Bob has owned and operated Hanson Contracting since 1989. Anne has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. The evolution into real estate investing was a natural progression utilizing their combined knowledge of construction and real estate.
